In red – where the NY Training School for Teachers (future H.S. of Music and Art) will stand in 1924.
To the west - Lewisohn Stadium (under construction in 1915) was demolished in 1973 to make way for the North Academic Center.

Notice the lack of train station entrance and lack of subway grating in the ground. The IND subway line was not constructed under St. Nicholas Avenue until 1932.
